lovles123 I had a structural failure in framework of the roof (collapse of one of roof's supporting structure due to heavy snow) in the past long weekend. One of my friends highly recommended Smart Group and I contacted the president, Hamid Hemati, on Monday (Statuary Holiday) and he came over with Hossein Payam (both engineer) on same day. They performed extensive structural assessment and determined what needs to be done. Hossein and his team came over on Wednesday and not only repaired the damage but also made such an engineered upgrade to the structure, making it last for many years to come.
Fantastic amazing work, such a peace of mind I cannot explain. They went well beyond the scope of work.
Will be always grateful to them and Smart Group and certainly will contact them if I need any help with the house in future.
